Aww it's so meancholy and sad. It reminds me of having NO way possible to contact the person you want to see the most. This is very good work, the hair looks very good.

what the...!! her eyess... eyes... it makes me wanna cry... gaaaahhh T___T every thing in the art gives a cloudy foggy feeling... i like it. ^^ <3 the curves of her hair... it really stands out!
